Dr. John Coniglio a nationally recognized safety expert, speaker, and author with a Ph.D. in Safety Engineering, has spent decades on job sites for global construction and manufacturing clients. His mission is simple: to keep American workers safe by delivering expert guidance and on-demand training—right where it’s needed most.
Joseph Coniglio, an Army veteran and former Fieldlens team member (acquired by WeWork), brings frontline experience in construction and compliance technology. His vision of providing instant, expert safety feedback has transformed how companies maintain regulatory compliance and safeguard their workforce.
Jake Coniglio has spent his career building and scaling commercial divisions for leading health-tech innovators that improve patient outcomes and provider quality of care. His leadership has helped drive the growth of companies like Epocrates, One Medical, and GoodRx and Sibly, an AI-powered mental health coaching platform. Jake specializes in go-to-market strategy, early revenue generation, and scaling mission-driven operations.
